Four men jailed 240 years in prison for killing friend over GH¢350,000

A High Court in Tamale has sentenced four men to 240 years in prison with hard labour for the brutal murder of a soya bean dealer

A 39-year-old Soya Ben dealer, Abbas Baba Barnabas, popularly known as 'Biggie' was ambushed and killed by Baba Abuba, Wunbei Abu, James Adam, and Mayiuba Mayiubor while travelling to purchase soya beans with over GH¢350,000 in cash.

The court found the four suspects guilty of murder, robbery, and conspiracy.

Baba Abuba and Wunbei Abu each to 65 years in prison, and James Adam and Mayiuba Mayiubor each to 55 years in prison
